Food didn’t arrive after 1 hour and 20 minutes. Called shop, hadn’t even been prepared to leave yet ! Cancelled order, as it would be another half an hour. Was told would not get a refund!!!

I did think i was getting a special fish supper with breadcrumbs but wasn't really but it did taste fab said would deliver at 5.40 but got it an hr early

Ordered for collection at 1220. Restaurant accepted order, went there at 1220, it was closed, went back at 1230, still closed, 1245 closed, 1345 closed. Tried to call numerous times with no reply, they then marked it collected and no matter how much I call no answer so can't even ask for a refund.

Chips were soggy and greasy. Fish tasted poor quality and the kids pizza was inedible! It all went on the bin.

I always order from Marinis as it is definately the Best Fish and Chip shop ...I live in Blantyre and would not order from anyone nearer....Simply the Best !!!!
